After you order we personally drive to SHS International and hand choose your product. We are a USA Family Owned Business. We have Luthers and Professional Musicians here to make sure every instrument comes to you inspected and setup. You will recieve personal warranty service from our company. If any problems arise with your instument we personally take the product back to the manufacture for either repairs or replacement. We setup at over 50 music shows a year all across the United States and Canada. We do this so we can meet our customers and show them we are a real "Music Company" Our Customers always come first
