Got the Indiana Dreadnaught American Flag Guitar, it rocks. A lot of product for the money (less than $120 w/shipping), it's got a great sound, nice action, plus it's the coolest looking thing in around, all my buds are gonna be jealous. Thanks for your help, this was my first purchase with you but I'll continue to be a customer.

I received my bass yesterday at lunch and just got to spend some time with it last night and this morning.

It is set up perfectly as promised, the shade of yellow is a little lighter than the demo model here in town

but regardless it plays every bit as good as my 1998 Fender American Jass bass and I couldn’t be happier.

I’d love to do a testimonial for your website sometime if you’d like.

Let me know how to go about that if you are interested.

It is nice to know that there are some honest reputable vendors out there that live up to all of the promises

I received my Morgan Monroe MM3SW and it is worth the wait! It has a great action and has been set up perfectly. I played it last night in a jam session and loved it, sounds crisp with a full sound and competed well with the fiddle player. It took a little over two weeks to get from the USA to Exmouth, UK but spent over a week waiting in a customs and excise warehouse for processing. It was well packed and I knew before I opened the package my instrument would be safe. I was a little nervous about ordering a mandolin from 3000 miles away so a big THANK YOU for making the whole process run smoothly. - Rob

Well, it couldn't have worked out more perfectly. We missed the mailman on his first pass by our house on the 24th, but just happened to catch him coming back on his way back to the Post Office (and his Christmas vacation). As he pulled into our driveway to unload the box, it started snowing heavily- I'm telling you it was a Christmas miracle the likes of which Jimmy Stewart has never seen! When my dad opened the box this morning he wept. I mean he had tears streaming down his face. He loved to play guitar in his youth, but age and arthritis stopped him from being able to do it anymore. He's fallen in love with the resonator over the past few years and knowing it wouldn't require him to finger the frets or hold the guitar upright was a big draw. You guys made me a huge hero today. Anyway- it's a great looking guitar and has really nice tone for the price- can't wait to slap some new strings on there. Thank you so much for coming through. I just had a very bad experience with InstrumentAlley.com, I ordered a Morgan Monroe MFM-300 from them and they sent me a blemished item which I do not believe was set up before they shipped it, then they took forever to send me a replacement so I just asked for a refund. I'm hoping that this transaction goes a little more smoothly. Do you set up the instruments yourself and ship them from your store? - Zach

I am a singer/songwriter based out of Georgia. I have been touring a good bit with the Zac Brown Band, and plan on hitting the road with him full time in September doing opening acoustic sets. I just wanted to reach out and let y'all know that I stumbled upon the Arietta hollow body acoustic electric in a small guitar shop in the north georgia mountains. I played around on it for 15 minutes or so and I had to buy it. I have been using it onstage quite a bit, and letting others know to check them out. I was amazed at the quality at such a low price. I use this guitar just as much as my '82 Guild now. I just wanted to reach out and share this with you. - Levi Lowrey

I just picked up the guitar from the post office and I'm thinking one word, outstanding. I have to be honest and say I'm surprised at the quality and the sound of this guitar. The build quality is very good, and so is the volume and sustain. I tuned it up with my Martin OM21 Special and compared the two. The Eastman didn't have the richness or full sound of the Martin, but the volume and sustain are right there. Not that I'm saying anything negative about the overall sound of the Eastman, I think it holds it's own with a lot of more expensive guitars I've played. Great guitar for the price. The setup is excellent, thank you. It's as easy to play as my Martin. I've bought quite a few guitars without playing them first and 99.99% of them are gone. This one I'll keep. These people are making very nice guitars for the money. I know I'll play this one as much if not more than my Martin and Larrivee. Thanks again for the great deal and setting up the guitar so well. This is the last one I'll buy for awhile, my wife stays pissed off for about a month after a new guitar comes into the house. - Tony
