Return & Refund policy  

          Thank you so much for giving us your business. We have been in business for many, many year's because of customer's like you. If you have any problem's we can workout almost anything or any situation. Just call or email us.

Keep the item(s) 14  days. If you are not completely satisfied return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping

  • Please inspect your new instrument
  • PLEASE keep the box it came in and packing material.
  • Please on return of instrument or sound equipment insure it for what you paid.
  • Please pack it well like the way you received it
  • Please return it in new condition (No scratches or marks)
  • Please make sure you are returning the same instrument you were shipped because every instrument is numbered and marked. 
  • Please make sure you send it back with our correct address.
  • Hoosier Guitar Company has final say on all returns so please call or email before you send it back.
  • If you have any other questions please ask !!!
The 14 days start after you have received the item. We have the right to disapprove any return. and or Refunds. All instruments are numbered and or marked before they leave the shop. This insures we get the same instrument back. 

NOTE: Please notify us as soon as possible if you are not pleased. If the instrument has a Manufactures warranty issue then contact us asap. The instrument manufacture has the last say whether the issue is under warranty. We have to stand by that decision unless it's something we can fix. It has to be returned and fixed by the manufacture. If it can't be fixed then its up to them if they will send you a new one. You pay for the shipping to them and then they pay the shipping back to you.

Please inspect your merchandise upon arrival for any damage. If it is damaged in anyway during shipping notify us immediately. So we can file a claim with the shipping company. Damage has to be apparent and clearly caused by shipping. If you don't contact us the day of or the day after you received your merchandise there's nothing we can do. Always remember that you can call or email us to solve any problems. We like Satisfied Customers. 

 This return policy does not apply for Accessories, Harmonica’s, CD’s or learn to play products and especially Personalized straps !!

If we do any custom work , upon your request, which changes the instrument in anyway the product warranty may be out the window. Any work we do as requested by you is non-refundable. Like putting pickups in or inlay work etc... (Professional Setup not included) 

If a customer pre-orders an instrument do to a in stock instrument They may ask for a refund at any time. It may take a few days to process the refund. Banks also will sometimes hold refunds so keep that in mined. No charges will be charged.

Refund Policy: All refund and or credits will be processed immediatly to the purchaser upon request. If know request are made within three business day's refund will be processed on the first of every month.  NO CASH REFUNDS !!

Hoosier Guitar Company is not liable for incorrect spelling, pricing errors, incorrect manufacturer’s specifications or grammatical inaccuracies. Prices subject to change without notice.
